SLAMtario

SLAMtario (the new provincial slam poetry championship tournament) is a joint venture between Cytopoetics and Open Minds Respect Events. This event will bring together the top slammers from across the province for two days of slamming amazingness.

The event will take place on July 13-14 in Toronto. Up to twelve teams will participate in the first year. This will be the only slam championship in Canada where youth teams will compete on an equal footing to “senior” teams. It is also the first slam championship in the country that will include team alternates as full members of their slam teams in the bouts.
